You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
PIXELOPIUM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Vendors must ensure their products are original, legally compliant, and free of malicious code.
Vendors grant PIXELOPIUM a non-exclusive license to display, market, and distribute their products.
Vendors are responsible for pricing, product descriptions, and support.
Any violation (e.g., copyright infringement, misleading content) may result in removal and account termination.
Buyers receive a license to use purchased products, not ownership of intellectual property.
Refunds are subject to PIXELOPIUM’s Refund Policy, applicable only in cases of defective or misrepresented products.
Buyers must not redistribute, resell, or misuse purchased products.
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Cashfree, Razorpay).
PIXELOPIUM may charge a commission fee on vendor sales.
Vendors are responsible for complying with tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
All content on PIXELOPIUM (logos, branding, platform design) is owned by PIXELOPIUM.
Vendors retain ownership of their products but grant PIXELOPIUM rights to distribute them.
Unauthorized use of marketplace content is strictly prohibited.
PIXELOPIUM is not liable for disputes between buyers and vendors.
The marketplace is provided “as-is” without warranties of uninterrupted service.
PIXELOPIUM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
PIXELOPIUM may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Users may close their accounts at any time, but obligations (e.g., pending payments) remain enforceable.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if:
The digital product is defective, corrupted, or not as described.
The product cannot be downloaded due to technical issues on our platform.
Non-Refundable Items:
Successfully downloaded digital products.
Products purchased in error or due to change of mind.
Process:
Buyers must raise a refund request within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Before Download: Buyers may cancel an order if the product has not yet been downloaded.
After Download: Once a product has been accessed or downloaded, cancellation is not possible.
Vendor Cancellations: Vendors may cancel listings at any time, but existing purchases remain valid.
PIXELOPIUM acts as a facilitator between buyers and vendors.
In case of disputes, our support team will mediate and make a fair decision based on evidence provided.
PIXELOPIUM’s decision will be final and binding.
Refunds and cancellations may be restricted for promotional offers, discounted items, or bundled products.
Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the refund process will result in account suspension.
PIXELOPIUM may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Continued use of the marketplace after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
